不同剂型丁酸对斑点叉尾鮰生长性能、营养组成及肠道发育的影响Effects of different dosage forms of butyric acid on growth performance,trophic composition and intestinal development of channel catfish(Ictalurus punctatus)

摘要(Abstract):
为研究不同种类丁酸制剂在斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus punctatus)中的使用效果,本试验以基础饲料为对照(D1组),分别在基础饲料中添加丁酸钠原粉550 mg/kg和1000 mg/kg(D2组、D3组),三丁酸甘油酯550 mg/kg和1000 mg/kg(D4组、D5组),包膜丁酸钠1000 mg/kg(D6组),制成6种试验饲料。选取初始体重(389.2±30.5)g的斑点叉尾鮰648尾,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复27尾,养殖周期60 d。结果表明:(1)饲料中添加550 mg/kg丁酸钠原粉可以显著提高斑点叉尾鮰增重率和特定生长率、降低饲料系数(P<0.05),三丁酸甘油酯、包膜丁酸钠组与对照组相比没有显著差异(P > 0.05)。(2)丁酸钠原粉和三丁酸甘油酯在改善斑点叉尾鮰肠道发育方面效果显著(P<0.05),其中1000 mg/kg丁酸钠原粉组和1000 mg/kg三丁酸甘油组斑点叉尾鮰前肠绒毛高度均较对照组有显著提高(P<0.05)。(3)在促进斑点叉尾鮰肌肉氨基酸沉积方面,三丁酸甘油酯和包膜丁酸钠的效果优于丁酸钠原粉,在饲料中添加1000 mg/kg三丁酸甘油酯和1000 mg/kg包膜丁酸钠可以显著提高背肌中氨基酸含量(P<0.05)。综上,3种丁酸制剂在提高生长性能、改善肠道发育、促进组织氨基酸沉积方面都有一定的效果,并存在剂型与剂量效应。就生长性能指标而言,斑点叉尾鮰饲料中丁酸制剂的最适剂型为丁酸钠原粉。
